Mercury-quartz irradiator Med TeCo ORKn The mercury-quartz desktop irradiator "ORKn-Med TeCo" is used for general and local irradiation with integral UV radiation, both for therapeutic and preventive purposes in physiotherapy rooms of medical institutions. Reflex reactions arising from UV radiation stimulate the activity of almost all body systems. The adaptation-trophic function of the sympathetic nervous system is activated and the disturbed processes of protein, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in the body are restored. Therapeutic effects: vitamin-forming; trophostimulating; immunomodulatory (suberythemal doses); anti-inflammatory; analgesic; desensitizing (erythemal doses).
