The Ibis wrist trainer is designed for: Teaching diaphragmatic breathing; Training in relaxation techniques; Corrections of psychological disorders; Speech breathing training; Increasing stress resistance. Classes are conducted on a computer. The simulator is worn on the hand like a fitness bracelet, recording the pulse. Game scenes are reproduced on the monitor screen, providing the opportunity to learn diaphragmatic breathing.
