The set is intended for studying current in semiconductors and their technical applications. What will the child learn? In addition, the kit allows you to perform computational modeling of transistor operation. Working method Allows you to teach the main stages of conducting experimental research, and also allows you to conduct joint research with students. Composition: Diode LED Photocell Photoresistor Thermistor 360 ohm resistor Lamp PNP transistor 470 ohm variable resistor mounted on plastic platforms Simulation software The entire set is equipped with a plastic storage system with a tray, which is closed with a transparent lid. Methodological support The set is provided with methodological recommendations in Russian for conducting experiments.
