The demonstration set is intended for experimental demonstration of the basic laws studied on the topic “Molecular Physics”, introducing students to such concepts as isoprocesses in an ideal gas, gas work, cyclic process, saturated steam. Areas of expertise and application To conduct demonstration experiments in the study of gas laws, the equation of state of an ideal gas, the properties of vapors and air humidity, performed using digital volume, temperature and absolute pressure sensors, with signal recording on a computer. What will the child learn? It will allow you to carry out all stages of scientific research: demonstrate qualitative patterns of the observed process occurring in a gas (more - less, increases - decreases - does not depend), conduct quantitative studies with measuring quantities, forming a table of observations, constructing a graph and comparing the obtained experimental data with graphs of various functions, processing data using the linearization method. In addition, within the framework of the set, computational modeling of the process of gas compression and expansion is performed, taking into account the influence of heat transfer. Software The software of the set contains 8 scenarios (divided into topics and sections) for conducting demonstration experiments in the study of gas laws, the equation of state of an ideal gas, the properties of vapors and air humidity, performed using digital volume, temperature and absolute pressure sensors, with signal recording on a computer. Each of the scenarios includes the optimal settings of the sensors used for conducting the experiment and for subsequent processing of the collected data.
