Universal medical tool sink MIU-KRONT Designed for preliminary and final cleaning (washing with water and detergent, manual mechanical cleaning with brushes) of external surfaces, internal channels and valves of flexible endoscopes and other medical devices, in order to improve the quality of further processing, as well as for their final rinsing with water. The design of the sink allows processing of medical products by complete immersion (soaking) in water or a solution of products and manual mechanical cleaning using brushes. To increase the operational capabilities of the installation, shelves and a lower tray are provided in the design as an additional surface for placing the necessary accessories for processing. The bath, lid, tray, shelves and containers are made of polymer materials approved for use in medical products. The installation is equipped with all the necessary devices for connecting to the water supply network with hot and cold water and to the general sewerage system. When processing endoscopes, the installation can be used at the stage of final cleaning, complete with a device for processing endoscopes ENDODEZ-KRONT, and at the stage of high-level disinfection (HLD) when rinsing with water, complete with a disinfection endoscopic installation UDE-1-"KRONT"; and/or installation of disinfection endoscopic UDE-2-KRONT. The installation trolley is made of steel pipe elements of round section Ø22 mm, powder coated. The bath, lid, tray, shelves and containers are made of polymer materials approved for use in medical products. Installation on a frame structure, which is made in the form of a trolley with four swivel wheel supports Ø75 mm with a rubber rim with plastic shock-absorbing bumpers. Endoscope bath The bath has a lid and streamlined contours to avoid critical bending of endoscopes during processing. Mixer The water supply system is a mixer with a rotating spout and a retractable watering can for convenient local treatment of the outer surface of endoscopes and medical devices. The water supply system is connected to the water supply network with hot and cold water. Drain system The drainage system is connected to the general sewer network. Its design ensures complete drainage of water or detergent from the bathtub. The siphon plug included in the kit allows you to fill the bath with water or detergent and process medical devices from them. complete immersion.
