Multifunctional training complex Zarnitza "Deblocker"
The multifunctional training complex "Deblocker" is a vehicle made on the basis of a sedan-type passenger car, standing on wheels, with the ability to move it, allowing for repeated training of rescuers to practice tactics and extract victims in an accident using hydraulic rescue tools. The Unblocker simulator simulates: opening the hood of the car (the hood lock is designed as a latch with the ability to lock it multiple times after being released with a tool); smoke and fire in the engine compartment of the simulator (a smoke simulator is installed under the hood of the simulator, running on fuel and lubricants and having at least two smoke outlet pipes installed inside the simulator in the front part near the radiator grille); disconnecting the battery present in the reversing unlocker; opening the luggage compartment; unlocking and opening all four doors; releasing front passengers from being pinned by the front panel; snacking on the front seats; bending and complete removal of the roof; the ability to open side doors in pairs (front and rear doors together with the B-pillar). The simulator is equipped with a parking brake (handbrake). The frame of the simulator is reinforced in places where embedded parts are installed for attaching spare parts to bolted connections. The connection of metal structure elements is made using manual electric arc welding in compliance with welding technology (voids are filled with metal).
