The operating principle of the microscope is based on comparing the image of the imprint obtained by pressing a ball into the material under study under a certain load with a grid scale. Specifications The largest diameter of the measured print is 6.5 mm. The scale division is 0.1 mm. Linear field of view 9 mm. Eyepiece focusing limits +4 dioptres. Microscope magnification 24x.
