The microscope can be equipped with a stand-alone LED illuminator. Light Emitting Diode (LED), 6 W, DC 9 V. LED lifespan 30,000 hours, provides illumination equivalent to a 30 W halogen lamp. Power source - mains adapter, 220 V/9 V, rechargeable battery built into the tripod for use outside the laboratory up to 100 hours (when fully charged), battery charging time 5 - 6 hours, brightness adjustment.
