The microscope allows you to study painted and unpainted objects in the form of smears and sections. The design of the microscope's visual attachment makes it possible to display images in real time on a PC screen using a video eyepiece (not included). The video eyepiece is installed in the visualization channel. This allows you to simultaneously observe the image through the microscope eyepieces and on the PC screen. The microscope is designed for an infinity tube length, DIN standard lenses, and the parfocal height of the lenses is 45 mm. The 100x objective requires the use of immersion oil, which is also included in the kit. In addition to the included WF 10×/22 s wide-field eyepieces 10x magnification and a field of view diameter of 22 mm, WF 16×/13 eyepieces with higher magnification are available. Bore diameter – 30 mm. Replaceable illuminators – halogen and LED – act as sources of transmitted light in the microscope. A halogen illuminator will produce light that is more familiar to the eye. The LED illuminator does not heat up and can work for a long time. Illuminators can be changed during various studies according to your own preference - quickly and without additional manipulations during setup. An adjustable field diaphragm is installed on the microscope stand above the light source, which together with the illuminator and Abbe bright-field condenser They form a lighting system according to Köller, which allows you to set up uniform lighting. A centered Abbe brightfield condenser with a bladed aperture diaphragm helps shape a targeted beam of light of the desired diameter, thus adjusting the contrast of the illumination. The largest numerical aperture of the condenser is 1.25 (a convenient adjustment scale is applied to the condenser), the height movement range is 19 mm. Light filters (matte white, blue, green, yellow) are installed on the condenser and are used to increase the contrast of the image of various preparations.
