Color laser MFP Ricoh IM C2510

The A3 multifunctional color printing device Ricoh IM C2510 is a new product for 2023, which is a new generation device developed and released after the merger of the Ricoh and Toshiba development centers. The device is designed to work in a modern digital office and contains many interesting changes related to ease of use, safety, and also meets modern environmental standards. The Ricoh IM C2510 works at speeds of up to 25 pages per minute and supports printing on formats from A6 to SRA3. The new product provided for a significant reduction in the first page output time, thanks to a new paper feed path, as well as the use of a more advanced CPU device, as well as the operating system under which the device operates. The new product received an Intel Atom E3930 CPU, 6 GB of RAM and a high-speed 256 GB solid-state drive (can be replaced with a 1TB SSD). This set is surprisingly reminiscent of the configuration of an Android tablet and, indeed, the device itself runs Android 10. Ricoh devices have always featured high-quality software. Many people remember the possibilities of customizing devices, up to almost completely rewriting the “firmware” of the device, and they are still available in Ricoh IM C series devices. Ricoh traditionally allows you to use the SDK development kit to develop your own software solutions, which means, as before, Ricoh will be loved by IT industry professionals, for whom this point was more important than the dubious advantages of the “application store”. Also, for enthusiasts, the use of Java virtual machines is available, which greatly facilitates the deployment of large printing parks, and also makes it possible to significantly protect devices from the introduction of malicious software.
