Metal detector NowSystems CMS-2000 conveyor An industrial tunnel-type metal detector is designed to detect foreign inclusions (Fe, Non Fe, SUS metals) in products moving along a conveyor. After detection, the metal detector gives a sound and light signal, and also rejects the contaminated product; the type of rejection device is determined depending on the parameters of the product and line. The CAS metal detector can be manufactured either with its own conveyor part (assembled system) or without it (only the aperture, i.e. the frame of the metal detector). The system is manufactured in accordance with the parameters of the customer's production line, so that it is easily integrated into the production process and does not disrupt production.
