The mill is designed for grinding grain of wheat, rye and other crops with a moisture content of up to 20% to a given size in the preparation of samples to determine the quality of gluten, falling number and other quality indicators of the ground product. The mill can be used in PTL of grain receiving and flour milling enterprises, GHI laboratories, in the agricultural system, breeding and research organizations, in independent laboratories for assessing the quality of grain and its processed products. The principle of operation of the mill is based on imparting centrifugal acceleration to the processed material, during which it is pressed against a rough surface and crushed to a stable particle size. The resulting flour enters the cyclone through a calibration sieve and is poured into a receiving glass. The mill consists of a housing with an electric motor inside. The motor shaft with the impeller attached to it goes into the grinding chamber along the periphery of which there is a shell with a rough surface. The exit window from the chamber is connected by a cyclone through a calibrating replaceable sieve and a channel. A receiving cup is installed under the cyclone on a movable support. On top of the lifting lid, fixed with a nut, there is a loading hopper. A limit switch is installed on the body of the grinding chamber, which prevents the motor from being turned on when the lid is open for safety reasons. Features: the presence of adjustable automatic dosing of the supplied product allows you to grind the product of high humidity; the presence of self-cleaning devices for the dosing system, grinding chamber and product pipeline eliminates the mixing of the grinded sample with the remnants of the previous sample; the drive belt is multilayer, reinforced with five layers of synthetic polyamide threads, practically does not stretch and does not require regular tensioning; the special shape of the impeller prevents it from jamming when grinding large grains (peas, corn, soybeans); The use of a special filter fabric ensures effective purification of the used air from dust and eliminates its release into the laboratory workspace.
