Mechatronic complexes make it possible to simulate the operation of automated production plants and conveyors of various configurations. Mechatronic stations "Zarnitsa" are modular installations on a mobile base, which makes it possible to create various combinations of mechatronic cells to solve various educational and production problems. The station, thanks to a gravity store, stores and issues workpieces. The conveyor module line, using an electric drive, has the ability to transport workpieces in two directions. If necessary, using pneumatic actuators, it is possible to hold the workpieces on the line to determine their color or material. The section can hold the workpieces on the conveyor and sort them. In this case, the station combines electric drives and pneumatic actuators. The station is controlled using a programmable logic controller, with the ability to display a graphical interface on the touch panel. The educational and methodological materials supplied with the product will allow you to get acquainted in practice with the design of electrical and pneumatic actuators, technological information sensors, algorithmization of production processes and programming of PLCs (programmable logic controllers). The kit includes specialized software that allows you to simulate the operation of mechatronic cells and create operating algorithms for the station. Power is supplied from a single-phase alternating current network. Power supply voltage 220 V, frequency 50 Hz (+/- 1 Hz). May only be connected to a grounded outlet. The socket corresponds to the Euro type, the degree of protection is not lower than IP20. The socket must be designed for a voltage of 220 V, rated current 16 A. *For the station to operate, a source of compressed air with a pressure of at least 4 atm is required. or compressor (sold separately).
