Mechatronics. Zarnitza transfer section
Mechatronic complexes make it possible to simulate the operation of automated production plants and conveyors of various configurations. Mechatronic stations "Zarnitsa" are modular installations on a mobile base, which makes it possible to create various combinations of mechatronic cells to solve various educational and production problems. The "Robotics. Transfer section" station is equipped with a universal two-axis manipulator. Workpieces arriving at the receiver are detected by a diffusion optical sensor. At this point, the manipulator grabs the workpieces using a pneumatic gripper. The gripper has an optical sensor built into it. The sensor distinguishes between “black” and “non-black” workpieces. According to this criterion, workpieces can be laid on various slopes. If a station is combined with other stations, you can specify different sorting criteria. Workpieces can also be stacked at a subsequent station. The station uses industrial components. The electric linear drive with DC motor ensures fast positioning even to intermediate positions. A linear cylinder with end position sensing is used as the lifting cylinder for the Z axis. A pneumatic linear gripper is installed on the lifting cylinder. An optical sensor integrated into the gripping jaw recognizes workpieces. The station is controlled using a programmable logic controller, with the ability to display a graphical interface on the touch panel. The educational and methodological materials supplied with the product will allow you to get acquainted in practice with the design of electrical and pneumatic actuators, technological information sensors, algorithmization of production processes and programming of PLCs (programmable logic controllers). The kit includes specialized software that allows you to simulate the operation of mechatronic cells and create operating algorithms for the station. Power is supplied from a single-phase alternating current network. Power supply voltage 220 V, frequency 50 Hz (+/- 1 Hz). May only be connected to a grounded outlet. The socket corresponds to the Euro type, the degree of protection is not lower than IP20. The socket must be designed for a voltage of 220 V, rated current 16 A. *For the station to operate, a source of compressed air with a pressure of at least 4 atm is required. or compressor (sold separately).
