Laser ophthalmotherapeutic device Lazma Spekl-M
Laser ophthalmotherapeutic device Lazma Spekl−M Lasma Speckle-M is an ophthalmic therapeutic laser device intended for the treatment of amblyopia of various origins in children and adolescents, as well as for the correction of functional disorders of the visual system. The device is used to stimulate the sensory division of vision, improve visual functions in pathological and functional conditions, and also to increase the critical flicker fusion frequency (CFF). The therapeutic effect is based on the use of a laser speckle structure formed by scattering coherent radiation by a diffuse screen. As a result, a dynamic “grainy” image is formed on the retina, which stimulates the neurosensory structures of the eye and helps to increase the resolution of the visual system. Additionally, pulsed light effects in the red and green spectra are used, corresponding to the frequencies of CFSM, which enhances the therapeutic and diagnostic effect. The use of green and red laser radiation (wavelengths of 0.53 microns and 0.65 microns) provides complex stimulation of the visual analyzer, normalization of vascular tone and reduction of accommodation spasm. Long-term exposure to a speckle structure promotes relaxation of the accommodative system by eliminating the need to focus on a fixed image. Purpose Treatment of amblyopia of various origins in children and adolescents. Stimulation of the sensory division of the visual system. Increasing the critical flicker fusion frequency (CFF). Normalization of vascular tone of the eye. Relieving vasospasm and accommodation. Improving visual functions in functional and pathological conditions Features Using laser speckle patterns to stimulate the retina. A combination of green and red laser radiation. Impact on various spectral ranges of CFSM. Formation of a dynamic interference image. Nonlinear visual stimulation without load on accommodation. Application of coherent laser radiation with wavelengths of 0.53 microns and 0.65 microns. Advantages of the Lasma Speckle-M device Use of laser speckle structure for gentle and natural stimulation of the retina without direct visual stress. Simultaneous exposure to green and red laser radiation, increasing the effectiveness of functional vision therapy. A combination of therapeutic and diagnostic stimulation due to operation in modes corresponding to CFSM in different spectral ranges. Normalization of the functioning of the visual analyzer in amblyopia and other functional vision disorders. Reducing accommodation spasm due to the formation of a stable interference image. Increasing the resolution of the visual system with regular course use. Impact without mechanical or medicinal load on the patient’s body. Formation of a dynamic “grainy” image structure that stimulates the neurosensory mechanisms of vision. Possibility of use in children and adolescents in ophthalmology offices. Physiologically gentle nature of the effect, based on optical stimulation. Application of the Lasma Speckle-M device The Lasma Speckle-M laser ophthalmic therapy device is intended for the treatment of functional disorders of the visual system by stimulating the retina using a laser speckle structure. It applies: in ophthalmological offices of medical institutions; in children's clinics and specialized vision care centers; in departments of functional vision diagnostics; in rehabilitation and treatment centers; in medical institutions treating amblyopia and accommodation disorders; in specialized ophthalmological hospitals and dispensaries.
