The following are mounted on the stand: a manual gearbox, a gear selection lever, and a dynamic loading device. The stand is equipped with everything necessary to carry out diagnostics of the gearbox in all modes, under load and without load. The design of the product provides free access to all components and assemblies, thereby ensuring the possibility of inspection and adjustment of systems and mechanisms. The laboratory stand "Manual gearbox" is designed to study the structure and principles of operation, simulate loads and troubleshoot problems, and diagnose the manual gearbox of modern passenger cars. The stand includes a real working mechanical two-shaft gearbox with a choice of any gear, structurally combined with a differential and final drive.
