Concentrator EKROS-5700, Ecochem Article: 1.10.25.10.0000 Designed to determine the mass fraction of petroleum products in waste and drinking waters, soils and bottom sediments, total hydrocarbons in atmospheric air samples. Suitable for determining the mass fraction of fats and nonionic surfactants in wastewater and drinking water samples. Operating principle: sample preparation includes the extraction of petroleum products from the samples under study with organic solvents (it is possible to use a solvent with an initial content of petroleum products up to 30 mg/dm3). Carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), dichloroethane (C2Cl6) or other halogenated hydrocarbons are used as extractants. Next, the optical density of the solution of petroleum products, fats and nonionic surfactants is measured in the infrared region of the spectrum. Scope of delivery: Concentrator EKROS-5700 – 1 pc.
