Conductivity meter KTA-1
Conductivity meter KTA-1 It is a representative of a new generation of portable laboratory instruments with a touch control panel and high measurement accuracy. Designed for measuring specific electrical conductivity (SEC) with high accuracy, temperature, calculating the mass concentration of dissolved salts (salin content) and solid dissolved substances (total salt content - TDS) in liquid media. Distinctive features: color display with touch control panel and intuitive interface; simultaneous measurement of electrical resistivity, ohmic resistance, electrical resistivity, temperature and salt content; the user independently selects the parameters, the values of which are displayed on the display during the measurement process; The conductivity meter does not require calibration, however, calibration is included in the setup functions and can be used to adjust the coefficient (constant) of the conductivity sensor and during verification; the presence of the “Thermal compensation” option, which allows for measuring the electrical conductivity, adjusted to a user-specified temperature (in the range from 5 to 80 °C; by default - to 25 °C); to maintain high accuracy of measurements of the given UEP, a choice of thermal compensation option is available, taking into account the characteristics of the liquid being analyzed: for especially pure solutions; for weak electrolytes; for strong electrolytes; to measure small UEP values, use a two-electrode sensor DK-2 (Ø14 × 142 mm; weight with cable 70 g); to measure high SEP values, a patented five-electrode conductometric sensor DK-5 (Ø14 × 157 mm; weight with cable 60 g) is used; the sensors have a built-in temperature sensor; the electrodes in the sensors are made of stainless steel steel; the design of the sensors ensures convenient measurements and ease of cleaning; measurement results are stored in an archive and available for viewing (memory for 149,000 measurement results); KTA-1 is powered by an internal lithium-polymer battery, which can be charged from an external charger or from a personal computer using a USB-C cable at a current of at least 500 mA with a nominal output voltage of 5.0 V; KTA-1 can be recharged using a wireless charger (included in the delivery package if approved at the purchase stage). Scope of delivery: Conductivity meter KTA-1. Sensor DK-2, DK-5 or both sensors (depending on the selected configuration). Charger with USB connector. USB-C connecting cable. Cable for connecting to the resistance magazine (when ordering the DK-2 sensor). Operation manual. Sensor passport (depending on the selected configuration).
