Vibrating eraser IV 1 Designed for ultra-fine grinding of materials of varying strength and hardness (ferroalloys, slag, coke, glass, soda, mineral fertilizers, granite, marble, cement, soil) in batch mode and is used in the mining, metallurgical, construction, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Grinding occurs due to abrasion - simultaneous compression deformation and shear of material particles between the grinding elements and the walls of the bowls. The size of the crushed material depends on the operating time of the grinder, the initial size and physical properties of the material, as well as the loading volume of the bowls. The nature of the bowl's vibrations ensures that the roller rolls along the ring, as well as the ring rolls along the inner wall of the bowl. Shape of grinding bodies ensures circulation of material inside the bowl. The bowl can be made of hardened tool steel HVG (hardness 55-62 HRC), stainless steel 40Х13 (hardness 50-55 HRC), tungsten carbide or zirconium dioxide (hardness 1200-1250 HV). Main features: high grinding efficiency due to: - manufacturing of abrasive elements from high-hardness tool steel, tungsten carbide and zirconium dioxide; - the shape of the grinding elements, ensuring the circulation of material inside the bowls; quick-release fastening devices for bowls; special soundproofing material on the inside of the lid ensures low noise levels; safe operation of the eraser due to limit microswitches (starting with the lid open is excluded) and limited access to moving parts.
