Analyzes a wide range of quality indicators (protein/protein, moisture, quantity and quality of gluten (GQ), fat/oil content, water absorption capacity, ppm of phosphorescent substances, etc.) The built-in information and computing complex and the use of various mathematical processing methods (linear regression, PCR - principal component regression, PLS - partial least squares) allow you to analyze a wide range of products and develop complex calibration equations. Works with samples of the analyzed substance in the form of grinding. Calibrated to evaluate moisture and protein in whole grains (wheat, barley). Analysis time takes 1-1.2 minutes. Each time the device is started, self-testing of internal connections, monochromator and detector is provided, which ensures the accuracy of the results throughout the entire operation of the analyzer. For centralized remote receipt of information about measurements taken and ensuring the uniformity of measurements, it is possible to organize local networks on the ECANET platform. To organize the operation of analyzers in the EKANET network, the INFRASKAN-3151 analyzer can be used as a server for storing and transmitting data. Both sample heterogeneity and large grind size lead to systematic and statistical errors in the analysis. In an uncrushed sample, only the surface of the grains is analyzed, so the representativeness of the sample with respect to their core is lost. The measurement results are displayed on the device display. Can be transferred to an office printer via a local network (remote access) or printed on the printer included in the delivery package.
