HiTechnic NAC1040 Acceleration sensor for microcomputer
An acceleration and tilt sensor for the NXT NAC1040 microcomputer is necessary to perform an important function - measuring the resulting acceleration (how the speed changes) in three directions at once. The principle of operation of the mechanism is based on the fact that the calculation of the acceleration value occurs within the range of -400 - +400. If the indicator falls outside the specified range, then the sensor determines the “false/true” value according to the specified algorithm. With which construction kits is the NXT acceleration/tilt sensor used? It works with any robot that was built with an NXT or EV3 kit.
