Gyroscope Robotrack
Using a combined gyroscope and accelerometer module, you can measure the robot’s orientation in space in rotation angles around three axes: the longitudinal axis “X” (roll angle), the transverse axis “Y” (pitch angle), and the vertical axis “Z” (yaw angle). The orientation of the X and Y axes relative to the housing is indicated on the sensor board. The turning arrow points in the direction of increasing the angle. The “Z” axis is directed vertically upward relative to the “front” side of the board, on which all components are located. The angle of rotation around the axis increases when turned clockwise.
