Hydropanel of the device VZOR GP-409T/1

Hydropanel of the VZOR GP-409T/1 device. The hydropanel is designed to accommodate a converter unit and one of the oxygen sensors for calibrating the dissolved oxygen analyzer MARK-409T and providing continuous measurements of the mass concentration of dissolved oxygen in the flow of analyzed water. The hydropanel is used for liquid media that do not destroy the material of the hydropanel and oxygen sensor. Hydropanel composition: panel; flow cell KP-409T; rotating device; zero solution capacity; pallet; control valve; bracket; set of mounting parts. All components of the hydraulic panel are rigidly fixed to the panel. The cuvette is intended for installation of one of the oxygen sensors. The capacity of the zero solution is used when calibrating the analyzer using the “zero” solution. The analyzed water is supplied to the hydropanel by a needle-type control valve. The required flow rate of the analyzed water is ensured by rotating the valve handle. When the cuvette is placed in the “MEASURE” position, the analyzed water is supplied to the sensor membrane. The pan and fitting are designed to ensure free drainage of the analyzed water. The bracket is used to secure the cable or detachable connection of the sensor. The ground screw is designed to connect the ground wire. The rotating device is used to position the cuvette in the desired position. The hydraulic panel allows calibration of the analyzer without removing the sensor from the cuvette. Manba: https://www.nv-lab.ru/catalog_info.php?ID=6876
