Hemoglobinometer Technomedica MiniGem+ (GFP-01)
Tekhnomedica hemoglobinometer “MiniGEM+” "MiniGEM+" is a new generation of "MiniGEM" hemoglobinometers with expanded capabilities for determining hemoglobin at a working wavelength of 540 nm. The main methods of determination are hemiglobincyanide and hemichrome. The range of zonal optical density measurements is from 0 to 0.999 B, the range of optical density readings is from 0 to 3 B. This corresponds to a hemoglobin concentration from 0 to 400 g/l (the scale is formal, because the upper limit of hemoglobin concentration in the blood is actually 260-280 g/l). “MiniHEM +” displays the value of hemoglobin concentration and optical density of solutions without recalibrating the device. “MiniGEM+” has an auto-calibration function and does not require traditional calibration with special solutions during operation. The initial calibration parameters are set during the manufacture of the device and are retained for the entire service life, including when the power is turned off. You can independently recalibrate the device to another method and reagents. The new calibration parameters will also be saved indefinitely. To control the operation, a glass control measure is used, which is included in the delivery set. It is characterized by long-term stability. On the back of the device there are buttons for checking the specified digital settings and restoring them if necessary. “MiniGEM” runs on regular batteries (AA, 3 pcs.) or from the mains. "MiniGEM+" is a measuring tool. Included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments of the Russian Federation (State Register of SI): No. 32644-06. Certificate period: until 08/22/2026. To verify the analyzer, a set of glass optical density standards NOSMOP-7 is used. Verification is carried out by metrological services, which are provided with this set of measures. Registration certificate of Roszdravnadzor FSR 2011/10820 dated September 23, 2016. Determination of hemoglobin concentration Blood is drawn using the traditional laboratory method. 20 μl of capillary or venous blood is required. To prepare a photometric sample, the hemiglobincyanide method or hemichrome methods are used. The sample preparation time depends on the reagent used: from 5 to 20 minutes. Sample volume: 4-5 ml. Measurement duration: only 1 second. To measure hemoglobin concentration, it is enough to lower the cuvette with the prepared blood solution into the MiniHEM+ photometric cell and after a moment the concentration value will appear on the display. The optical density of the solution is converted into hemoglobin concentration automatically. “MiniGEM+” does not need to be turned on, warmed up, or calibrated before measurements. When the cuvette is lowered into the photometric cell, the hemoglobinometer automatically turns on, makes a measurement and displays the measured concentration. After removing the cuvette, MiniGEM+ goes into standby mode until the next measurement. Repeated measurements are possible every 2 seconds. The limits of the permissible systematic component of the absolute error when measuring the optical density of glass standards from the NOSMOP-7 set does not exceed +0.02 B in the range from 0 to 0.999 B, while the limit of the permissible standard deviation (RMS) of the random component of the absolute error does not exceed 0.008 B. The minimum division of the concentration scale is 0.1 g/l. Scope of delivery The basic package includes: The hemoglobinometer itself (photometric portable hemoglobinometer GFP-01 TU 9443-026-11254896-2006). One optical cell 10 mm. One control measure KM2.
