Dosimeter RADEX RD1706
Dosimeter RADEX RD1706 is intended for personnel working with radioactive substances, as well as for users who have knowledge of dosimetry at the everyday level, but want (or are forced) to use dosimeters in everyday conditions (food, inspection of premises, soil, etc.) or at work (banknotes, coins, etc.) and is used to measure radioactive radiation of gamma and beta rays. The dosimeter uses two Geiger-Muller counters for gamma and beta radiation. The device can be used by personnel working with sources of ionizing radiation. The dosimeter counts the number of gamma and beta particles within a maximum of 20 seconds and displays the readings in µSv/h on the liquid crystal display, accompanied by an audio signal for each particle measurement.
