Plustek SmartOffice PL4080 is a reliable duplex document scanner that combines an A4 flatbed and a 50-sheet automatic document feeder. This easy-to-use scanner offers the versatility you need to electronically archive important documents, applications and forms. Quickly scan stacks of documents with the 50-sheet automatic document feeder. Reliability and productivity with high-speed duplex scanning up to 40ppm/80ipm. Long Sheet Scanning: Allows scanning of long paper up to 50 inches (1270 mm) in length. Compared to a traditional document feeder scanner, the PL4080 is equipped with a document feeder that provides superior processing of multi-fold documents such as questionnaires and registration forms. Standard TWAIN and WIA drivers combined with TIF, JPG, PDF and Microsoft Office file formats provide compatibility with most scanning and imaging software. Compatible with most scanning-capable software applications and integrates with your existing platform through industry standard TWAIN and WIA conversion, performing optical character recognition on scanned images and converting them directly into searchable or editable formats, including Microsoft® Word, Excel® or searchable PDFs.
