Automatic addition of water makes Kjeldahl determination very convenient, automatic suction of samples after analysis ensures safe handling of the cleaned tube (no danger of working with hot alkali). The unit is equipped with a function for automatically adding chemical reagents. The system is controlled by microprocessors and equipped with an integrated PC, which provides a user interface that is unique in the world with numerous data processing options with high reliability of all critical functions (for example, safety functions). All stages of analysis, setup, as well as error notifications are easily read on the device display. The withdrawal and addition of chemicals can be programmed or done manually. The transparent protective door provides protection against splashing and allows you to observe the distillation process. Distillation only starts if the tube is positioned correctly and the safety door is closed. Pressure control and overheating protection of the steam generator guarantee absolute protection. At the slightest failure, the analysis stops immediately. Optimal mixing with the sample, even a sample that has crystallized after decomposition becomes liquid in a matter of seconds. The device automatically switches to stand-by mode if no manipulations are performed on it. During this mode, steam power is maintained at a constant level. This function provides maximum steam power for distillation even after a long break. In stand-by mode, the cooling water supply is automatically switched off. Corrosion due to exposure to chemicals is virtually impossible. The use of sustainable materials ensures long-term use of the device.
