Needle destructor DI-3M The needle destructor allows you to absolutely safely dispose of used disposable syringe needles. Low voltage (approx. 7 volts AC) is used to melt the needle, making the device completely safe to use. Melting the needle takes 3-4 seconds. Residue from the needle in the form of granules ends up in the waste tray at the bottom of the device. The tray has a capacity of approximately 300 needles and must be cleaned regularly. If the tray is full, a signal will sound indicating that the tray needs to be cleaned. Main advantages of DI-3M Absolute safety; allows the needle to be destroyed immediately after the injection, which reduces the risks for other persons from the possibility of being pricked with a used needle. Does not require removing the needle from the syringe. Very easy to use. Allows you to avoid additional costs for disinfecting needles and collecting them in special containers for sharps.
