The device is calibrated by the manufacturer and stores calibration data. If necessary, it is possible to perform a 2-6 point calibration within the range of 0.5-5.0 (DEN-1) McFarland units. To perform calibration, you can use both commercial standards (eg bioMerieux, Lachema, etc.) and cell suspensions prepared directly in the laboratory. It is possible to supply calibration kits together with the device: -CKG16 Set for working with glass test tubes with a diameter of 16 mm; -CKG18 Set for working with glass test tubes with a diameter of 18 mm.
