Primedic Defi-B defibrillator. The PRIMEDIC Defi-B defibrillator is intended for external defibrillation in patients with sudden cardiac arrest. The device does not have a built-in ECG monitor. Defibrillation type - asynchronous external in manual mode. The device is a mobile and reliable medical device. The defibrillator is a self-contained portable device that does not depend on the electrical network. The device provides generation of a defibrillation pulse with a monophasic, sinusoidal, damped shape. Defibrillation is performed manually. The energy for a 360J discharge is accumulated within seven seconds. The collected energy is automatically safely discharged inside the device if a discharge is not performed within fifteen seconds. The discharge occurs only when the buttons on the reusable “iron” electrodes are simultaneously pressed. The rechargeable battery provides up to 35 discharges of 360 J (plus an additional 10 reserve) when the battery is fully charged. External reusable “iron” electrodes are designed for both adults and children. Powered by 220 V AC mains (built-in power supply) or by rechargeable battery (built-in charger).
