Temperature equalization unit Termex TERMOTEST-B1 Designed to improve short-term temperature stability when checking and calibrating electronic thermometers LT-300: LT-300-N, LT-300-N-TS and LT-300-T (except LT-300-F), LTI, as well as ExT-01/1 in calibration thermostats TERMOTEST‑100, TERMOTEST-100-40, TERMOTEST-05 and TERMOTEST-05-1. At a set temperature, the maintenance of which requires operation of the thermostat refrigeration machine, the use of the TERMOTEST-B1 unit improves short-term stability and allows you to compare the readings of thermometers with different thermal reaction times. The use of the TERMOTEST-B1 block is permissible for testing thermometers with sensor lengths exceeding 200 mm. For sensors shorter than 200mm in length, the use of a block will not provide the minimum required immersion depth of 75mm. The alignment block has a central hole of Ø7 mm to accommodate the reference thermometer and 6 holes of Ø3.5 mm each to accommodate the thermometers being verified. The appearance of the temperature equalization blocks is shown in Figure 1. The alignment block consists of: fluoroplastic holder 1 with support ring 2 55 mm high; duralumin cylinder 3 with a height of 190 mm. The leveling unit is installed in the thermostat using stand 4.
