NIR-Fourier spectrometer FSM2211
NIR-Fourier spectrometer FSM2211 used for quality control of raw materials and finished products in the pharmaceutical, perfume and food industries, including for analyzing the quality of grain and animal feed. In addition to the standard pyroelectric detector, the device uses an InGaAs photodiode and a silicon photodiode. The FSM2211 spectrometer is based on a Michelson-type interferometer, with self-compensation, which does not require dynamic adjustment. The location of the bands in the infrared absorption spectrum provides information about the qualitative composition of the sample, and the intensity of the bands allows its quantitative analysis. This is done using a calibration model, which represents the relationship between the absorption (transmittance) index and the concentration of the component (property of the sample). The calibration model is calculated in advance based on the results of calibration, which consists of recording the spectra of a batch of samples with known (established by standard chemical methods) concentrations of components or other known properties. Features: The beam splitter is CaF2 with a Ge-based multilayer coating. The radiation source is a halogen lamp. Detectors - InGaAs photodiode; Si photodiode.
