When diving, the valves of the device are in the open state; when you begin to rise from the desired depth, the valves of the sampler automatically close. A built-in thermometer is used to record the temperature of the sample being taken. All internal parts of the bathometer in contact with the sample are made of inert materials. The device flask is made of seamless acrylic pipe that can withstand high pressures. The parts of the bathometer frame are made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel. Mounted weights with a fastening system allow you to quickly change the weight of the device. When diving under current conditions, weights weighing 1 kg are installed on the bathometer, which reduces the deviation of the device from the vertical. To facilitate lowering/raising the bathometer in still water, additional load is removed from the bathometer. When hanging, the weights are placed at the bottom of the bottle.
