Voltammetric analyzer TomAnalit TA-Lab

Voltammetric analyzer TA-Lab designed for highly sensitive measurements of the content of toxic impurities in drinking, natural, waste water, aqueous solutions of soil samples, food products, food raw materials, biological objects and other materials. The automated device allows you to measure the content of toxic microelements (As, Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, Mn, Hg, Se, I, Ni, Co, Fe, Ag, Sb, Bi, Sn) by voltammetric methods with a sensitivity of 1/10 of the permissible level (MAC) and below. The TA-Lab analyzer is focused on the convenience of measurements in routine analysis using a small amount of reagents. Analyzer TA-Lab: included in the State Register of Measuring Instruments of the Russian Federation; recognized in the Republics of Belarus and Kazakhstan; complies with the safety requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union TR CU 004/2011 and TR CU 020/2011. The analyzer's methodological support includes GOST standards, measurement methods included in the Federal Register of Measurement Methods and PND F. The methods are developed taking into account the functionality of the analyzer and modern requirements for the measurement procedure in accredited laboratories. GOST standards implemented on the analyzer are included in the lists of standards, as a result of which, on a voluntary basis, compliance with the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union is ensured. The voltammetric analyzer TA-Lab can be used to meet the requirements of technical regulations of the Customs Union: TR CU 021/2011 “On food safety”; TR CU 015/2011 “On grain safety”; TR CU 023/2011 “Technical regulations for juice products from fruits and vegetables”; TR CU 0241/2011 “Technical regulations for fat and oil products”; TR CU 033/2013 “On the safety of milk and dairy products”; TR CU 034/2011 “On the safety of meat and meat products.” Design features of the TA-Lab analyzer: Three electrochemical cells (three measurement channels). Obtaining simultaneously three measurement results of one sample under repeatability conditions or analyzing three samples simultaneously significantly increases the productivity of the voltammetric analyzer and allows the use of automatic calculation of the measurement result from two (three) results of a single analysis, as well as automatically calculating the repeatability and accuracy of the analysis result. Each analyzer cell is individually closed lid and additionally all three cells of the analyzer are closed with a common lid. This double protection not only increases safety of using the analyzer, but also increases stability registration of analytical signals. Two sources of UV radiation. Uniform and intense ultraviolet irradiation of electrochemical cells reduces measurement time, increases the accuracy of analysis results and extends the service life of amalgam electrodes. Bubbling of analyzed solutions with ozone. The possibility of bubbling the analyzed solutions with ozone makes it possible to determine mercury in water without preliminary sample preparation and significantly reduces the time for washing electrochemical cells when determining heavy metals. Stabilized vibration of working electrodes. Mixing solutions in electrochemical cells by stabilized vibration of the working electrodes increases the sensitivity and improves the reproducibility of analytical signals in the analyzer. Housing made of corrosion-resistant steel. The metal housing of the TA-Lab analyzer, in comparison with widely used plastic housings, provides a high level of noise immunity, absolute resistance to UV radiation, resistance to aggressive environments and mechanical stress.
