Voltammetric analyzer Akvilon AKV-07MK

Voltammetric analyzer AKV-07MK designed for qualitative and quantitative analysis of various objects for the content of heavy metal ions and toxic elements: Cd, Pb, Zn, Cu, Bi, Tl, Ag, Co, Ni, Sn, Se, Fe, Hg, As, Mn, Sb, etc. Objects of study: food products and food raw materials; environmental objects: water, soil, air; biological objects; gasoline, paint and varnish products; products and raw materials of various industries, incl. dishes, toys, glass, ceramics, perfumes and cosmetics, feed and animal feed, pharmaceutical and veterinary drugs, medicinal raw materials, high-purity substances, mineral raw materials, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy products. Measurement techniques MVIs were developed by JSC Akvilon and metrologically certified in accordance with GOST R 8.563-96 and GOST R ISO 5725-2002. MVIs have been tested in the testing laboratories of the Center for Medical Sciences, Central State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision, specialized control of environmental objects, and industrial enterprises. Methodology for measuring the mass concentration of heavy metals and toxic elements (Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, Bi, Tl, Ag, Fe, Se, Co, Ni, As, Sb, Hg, Mn) in the atmospheric air, the air of residential and public buildings using stripping voltammetry. PND F 13.2:3.51-06. Methodology for measuring the mass concentration of arsenic and mercury ions in drinking, mineral drinking, natural and waste water samples using stripping voltammetry. PND F 14.1:2:4.221-06. Methodology for measuring the mass concentration of heavy metals and toxic elements (cadmium, lead, copper, zinc, bismuth, thallium, silver, nickel, cobalt, selenium, iron, arsenic, antimony, mercury, manganese) in the air of the working area using stripping voltammetry. FR.1.34.2005.01729. Methodology for measuring the mass fraction of cadmium, lead, copper and zinc in food products using stripping voltammetry. FR 1.34.2005.01733. Methodology for measuring the mass concentration of cadmium, lead, copper and zinc ions in drinking, natural, sea and treated wastewater using stripping voltammetry. PND F 14.1:2:4.69-96. Methodology for measuring the mass fraction of arsenic and mercury in food products, food raw materials and baby food products using stripping voltammetry. FR.1.34.2005.01730. Methodology for measuring the mass fraction of acid-soluble forms of heavy metals and toxic elements (Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, Bi, Tl, Ag, Fe, Se, Co, Ni, As, Sb, Hg, Mn) in soils, bottom sediments, sewage sludge using stripping voltammetry. PND F 16.1:2:2.2:2.3.46-06. Methodology for measuring the mass fraction of mobile forms of heavy metals and toxic elements (Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn, Bi, Tl, Ag, Fe, Se, Co, Ni, As, Sb, Hg, Mn) in soils, bottom sediments, sewage sludge using stripping voltammetry. PND F 16.1:2:2.2:2,3.47-06. The AKV-07MK voltammetric analyzer is not inferior to foreign analogues in its technical and metrological characteristics. Methodological, software and technical support are adapted to solve various quality control problems. The main features include: the use of rotating solid-state electrodes in the design, eliminating the use of mercury and gases; the ability to determine several elements simultaneously in one sample; unique sensitivity. Connecting the AKV-07MK to a computer ensures automation of the measurement procedure (from setting measurement conditions in accordance with the selected technique to complete processing of the results, including displaying voltammograms on the display (printer), generating measurement protocols, reports and databases). Standard measurement techniques are entered into the computer memory. The POLAR-4.1 software package provides network operation in the “client-server” mode (including transmission and reception of measurement protocols over the network).
