Sieve analyzer Vibrotechnik A 30 The analyzer is designed for dry sieving of bulk materials by size class in batch mode. It can be formed on the basis of two types of vibration drives: Vibration drive VP 30T – with a timer (setting the operating time of the vibration drive in the range from 1 to 99 minutes and sound notification about the end of work); Vibration drive VPS – with amplitude adjustment (in the range from 0.1 mm to 2 mm in steps of 0.1 mm with the ability to set the operating time of the vibration drive and display the set parameters during operation). The sieve analyzer consists of a vibrating drive with a tray installed on it, a set of sieves, a lid and a sieve fastening device (UKS). Depending on the task at hand, the type of vibration drive, the number of sieves, as well as intermediate rings and trays are selected. Effective sieving is achieved. The vibration drive platform performs high-frequency reciprocating helical vibrations, which ensures a spiral trajectory of particle movement along the sieving surface - from the center to the periphery of the sieve. Installing up to 8 sieves on a vibrating drive allows you to divide the sample into 9 size classes.
