Dissolved oxygen analyzer MARK-302M
Dissolved oxygen analyzer MARK-302M. The analyzer is designed to measure the mass concentration of oxygen dissolved in water in mg/dm3 (KRK), the level of liquid oxygen saturation in % saturation (UNS) and the temperature of aqueous media in °C in surface and waste waters. It is used in fish farms, technological processes in the chemical, biotechnological, food industries, in educational processes, and in environmental sectors. The analyzer is used for measuring biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) in accordance with methods that allow the use of the amperometric method of measuring QKD. The converter unit is made in a plastic case. All received data is displayed on the LCD display, and information about the charge level of the power supplies is also displayed. Enter parameters using convenient buttons. On the rear panel of the converter unit there is a cover covering the battery compartment and a tilting stand. To measure the oxygen content dissolved in water, the analyzer uses a two-electrode amperometric sensor with a closed electrode system. One of the electrodes, made of platinum, is a measuring (indicating) electrode. The other electrode, silver, is both a reference and a counter electrode in this galvanic circuit. To measure temperature and to automatically compensate for the temperature dependence of the signal from the oxygen sensor, the analyzer uses a temperature sensor (thermistor). The signal from the temperature sensor is input to the ADC (analog-to-digital converter). The microcontroller processes the received codes and displays information on a digital liquid crystal display. To take into account atmospheric pressure when calibrating the analyzer against atmospheric air, a built-in atmospheric pressure sensor is used. The basic kit includes: Converter block; Oxygen sensor with 1.5 m cable; Electrolyte; Sensor spare parts kit; A set of chemical reagents for preparing a “zero” solution; Set of AA type elements. Features: Convenience and accuracy of measurements; Automatic temperature and barocompensation; Automatic calibration for air oxygen; Three measurement modes; Easy air calibration; Replace the membrane no more than once a year; Storing the sensor in air; Long lasting sensor; High contrast LCD indicator; Low power consumption; Up to 2000 hours of continuous operation from a set of AA elements.
