The analyzer is designed to determine the components of liquid, bulk and pasty products by measuring the optical characteristics of specially prepared samples of the analyzed products in the near-infrared region of the spectrum. The device analyzes a wide range of quality indicators (protein/protein, moisture, quantity and quality of gluten (IDK), fat/oil content, water absorption capacity, acid value, peroxide value, ppm of phosphorescent substances, etc.). The cuvette compartment for the analysis of bulk, liquid and pasty products allows you to analyze liquid vegetable oils without the use of additional devices. The built-in whiteness module allows you to determine the whiteness of the product simultaneously with other quality indicators (moisture, protein, amount of gluten). The wide spectral range provides the measurement of zonal reflectance to determine the whiteness of flour. It is possible to use the analyzer as a moisture meter for the express determination of humidity above 17%. Scope of application: laboratories of grain-producing farms, elevators and grain-receiving points, breeding centers, plant-growing research institutes, feed mills, fat-and-oil industry enterprises, control and analytical laboratories of the Central Medical Center and other organizations and enterprises related to research, quality assessment and certification of grains, oilseeds, compound feeds, etc. The built-in information and computing complex and the use of various mathematical processing methods (linear regression, PCR - principal component regression, PLS - partial least squares) allows you to analyze a wide range of products and develop complex calibration equations. Up to 1 million measurement results are stored in memory. Works with samples of the analyzed substance in the form of grinding. Calibrated to evaluate moisture and protein in whole grains (wheat, barley). Analysis time takes 1-1.2 minutes. The device allows you to obtain results for several indicators in one measurement. It is possible to calculate the amino acid composition of feed components. The measurement results are displayed on the device display. Can be transferred to an office printer via a local network (remote access) or printed on the printer included in the delivery package. High vibration resistance allows work both in the laboratory and in production facilities. Special fastening of the device to the surface and the possibility of separate installation of the monoblock ensures stable and reliable operation in non-standard conditions (sea motion, vibration, etc.). Each time the device is started, self-testing of internal connections, monochromator and detector is provided, which ensures the accuracy of the results throughout the entire operation of the analyzer. The software allows you to remotely update calibrations installed on the device and develop new calibration equations. When developing calibrations, various methods of mathematical processing and analysis of statistical data are used (linear regression, PCR - principal component regression, PLS - least squares method). The remote access mode allows you to remotely update existing calibrations, install additional ones and develop new calibration models for new products, as well as, if necessary, make adjustments to technical settings.
