The TrackScan 3D system is a high-precision 3D scanner with marker-free operation, your ability to deploy a metrology laboratory in the place where it is needed. The combination of three-dimensional laser scanning technology (resolution 0.020 mm) and a flexible tracking function - repeatability at one point of 0.030 mm - ensures fast and accurate collection of data on the overall dimensions of a part in a workshop environment. Composite Positioning - Supports camera tracking and marker tracking modes. In the E-Track blind spot, the scanner can recognize markers that continue to operate in a narrow space, such as the cockpit and dashboard of a car interior. Dynamic measurement - Thanks to the dynamic referencing feature, the TrackScan 3D system can operate normally while the part is repositioned or moved along the E-Track. The retractable measurement volume dynamically expands by adjusting the position of the E-Track while still maintaining accuracy. The special housing design ensures strength, durability and measurement accuracy regardless of environmental changes, vibrations and thermal fluctuations.
