RangeVision Prime 3D scanner
RangeVision Prime 3D scanner is professional equipment of metrological class. The Russian-made 3D scanner is designed for fast and accurate digitization of products with complex geometries and is ideal for tasks such as reverse engineering, quality control and industrial design. RangeVision Prime has an adjustable scanning area and can digitize objects ranging in size from 5 mm to 5 meters. The minimum scanning area is 145x100x130 mm and is suitable for working with small objects. For 3D scanning of medium-sized parts, a scanning area of 330x250x300 mm is used, and for working with large objects - 570x400x460 mm. The RangeVision Prime optical 3D scanner is equipped with a blue structured light LED projector. In combination with light filters, it allows you to achieve stable and accurate measurement results at different levels of illumination. Prime can also scan dark objects without applying an additional matte layer. The carbon body of the 3D scanner protects internal components from overheating, ensuring stable operation in difficult environmental conditions. The RangeVision Prime 3D scanner has 2 cameras with a resolution of 12 megapixels, which allows you to achieve a high degree of detail and resolution of up to 0.035 mm. Powerful software in Russian (included) allows you to quickly process data and use it for various tasks.
