The Raise3D Pro3 HS Plus is a high-speed industrial 3D printer designed for professionals. It features Hyper FFF® technology, closed-loop stepper motors for improved accuracy, and automatic filament switching. The printer supports up to two 2.5kg filament spools, allowing for continuous high-volume production. This model is ideal for creating 3D trusses and general manufacturing where small batches of parts need to be produced quickly and efficiently. High-speed printing using modern composite materials The Raise3D Pro3 HS Plus 3D printer is designed specifically for high-speed printing and is capable of reaching speeds of 200-300 mm/s when using Hyper Core filaments. Thus, high-performance work is obtained, as a result of which high-quality and durable products are manufactured. Compared to its predecessor, Pro3 HS Plus reduces print time by 30-70%, depending on model size. Increased durability and reliability Raise3D Pro3 HS Plus is designed for long continuous operation. Its reinforced hotend, all-metal nozzles and rugged dual extruder are optimized for 24/7 production. In addition, the closed loop stepper motor in the transmission system guarantees high accuracy and repeatability. Optimized production with minimal user intervention With automatic filament switching, the Pro3 HS Plus ensures trouble-free production. The double spool with 2.5 kg of filament allows you to continuously print up to 5 kg of material. The new RFID filament sensor checks filament parameters and sets the desired print settings, reducing the need for manual intervention and increasing overall efficiency. For the sensor to work correctly, RFID tags must be applied to the filament. Kit includes high hardness silicon carbide nozzles for high performance composite materials. Advanced Print Platform The updated platform features enhanced magnetic attraction to prevent model deformation, and its thinner design allows for faster heating, reaching 100°C in just two minutes. This increase in speed reduces downtime and improves production efficiency.
