Raise3D Pro 3 3D printer introduces a new series of intelligent FDM printers. The manufacturer suggests that this printer is suitable for low-volume production. Raise3D decided not to change the appearance of the new printer and leave the original memorable design of the previous Pro 2 series. The device is equipped with 2 extruders with the ability to quickly replace them to make the transition to printing with different materials, as well as extruder maintenance simple. An advanced hotend replacement system with a snap-lock mechanism allows for quick nozzle changes. Among the innovations, Raise3D equipped the Pro 3 with an automatic calibration system for the working platform. The printed base itself has also been replaced with a more flexible one, which makes it easy to remove the blanks. A closed printing chamber with a HEPA filter and an air flow manager allow you to filter and purify the air inside the chamber. This is especially important when printing with engineering plastics, which produce strong fumes during the melting process. Raise3D Pro 3 has a built-in EVE intelligent assistant that helps you diagnose and fix problems. EVE also reminds you about the need for maintenance, which is especially important if you use the printer frequently and regularly. For comfortable work, the manufacturer has added useful functions: a door opening sensor, a system for automatically resuming printing after a power outage, as well as a built-in HD camera with high image quality.
