The printer is equipped with a dual extruder with an electronic lifting drive to work with two materials at once, making color printing possible and the creation of objects with different physical characteristics. Quick switching between extruders (less than a second), an optical filament end sensor and interchangeable nozzles of different diameters guarantee accurate layering without gaps. The large working area allows you to print fairly large objects without gluing, as well as figures of complex geometry with a large number of supports. The closed chamber design and heated aluminum platform provide a huge choice in the use of printing materials. The air filter absorbs more than 91% of harmful substances, which makes printing safe. Improvements have also significantly affected the kinematics - the printer has acquired position control with industrial-grade components and a stand-alone motor driver, making print quality and detail much higher. The resume printing function allows you to save printing results during interruptions and power outages, and wireless control of all processes and monitoring using a built-in online video camera makes the work autonomous. Raise3D Pro2 prints with a large number of plastic filaments: ABS, PLA, PVA, FLEX, TPV, TPE, Nylon, HIPS, Wood, Bronze, etc. Bronze filament consists of almost 80% bronze powder, so it is heavier than conventional polymer filaments. If you need to create a figure reminiscent of metal, then this plastic will reproduce the heaviness of the metal, its shine and color. PLA is made from biodegradable and non-toxic corn starch. Proven to be free of diethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) and heavy metals through rigorous testing. Parts made from it do not crack during printing and do not bend. No unpleasant odor, safe for humans and the environment. Widely used for the manufacture of implants, safe packaging, children's toys, disposable tableware, and personal hygiene products.
