Raise3D E2 is a professional-grade device equipped with two extruders for expanded application possibilities. In addition to standard 3D printing, the model supports mirror printing mode, as well as duplication. The above modes became available thanks to the presence of a second extruder and can only be used when printing with both heads. The standard printing mode is working with one extruder, printing with two extruders using different filaments, such as support material. Duplicate mode is printing with two extruders at once. In this case, the same model is reproduced simultaneously. That is, in the end you will get two completely identical models. Thanks to this mode, you can increase printing productivity in cases where the production of several models is required. Mirror printing is a printing mode in which two extruders print models synchronously in a mirror image. For example, two identical shoes are a pair of shoes. Raise3D E2 is equipped with an automatically calibrating platform. Thanks to this, printing is of higher quality, and preparing equipment for work is as simple as possible. There is no need to use rafts. A virtual assistant is provided for calibrating extruders. Step-by-step calibration and setup are also simple and straightforward, and do not take much time. The printing platform is flexible and features a special Buildtak coating. This guarantees easy removal of the model from the platform, as well as excellent adhesion. The 3D printer is highly secure. The temperature inside the chamber is maintained at a high temperature. But the top cover and door of the device are equipped with special sensors that stop the printing process when the camera is opened. As soon as the door closes, the sensors will notify the system and printing will resume from where it left off. This function will be very relevant for educational institutions. Raise3D E2 is equipped with a power saving function. This allows you to save on energy costs. To start the saving mode, you just need to press the corresponding button. Energy consumption is optimized by turning off the touch screen and LED backlight system. This option will be relevant when printing at night.
