The printer is equipped with revolutionary technology, the first system on the market to support 5 print materials (or print colors) simultaneously, all supporting and main elements of this printer are made of metal, and a competent system for calibrating and maintaining print accuracy will make it possible not to worry about external factors affecting the model. The model works using the technology: modeling by layer-by-layer fusion of plastic filaments (FDM) - Fused deposition method / Production by layer-by-layer fusion of plastic filaments (FFF) - Fused filament fabrication. The printer is equipped with a magnetic heating table MK52. It can be equipped with a choice of replaceable alloy spring steel sheet. Available: smooth PEI sheet and textured PEI with powder coating. The necessary rigidity of the device is provided by a redesigned Y-axis made of aluminum profile. The frame has also been optimized. The Z-axis height has increased by 10 mm and is now 210 mm. Trinamic 2130 and Noctua MK3S - drivers and cooling fan are quiet in standby mode. They also operate quietly at work, quieter than 90% of the cooling systems of competitors' devices. In standard mode, the print speed is also increased to 200 mm/s. The Prusa MK3s features a new, redesigned extruder with an optical filament sensor. It is activated mechanically using a lever. The sensor does not depend on the optical properties of the filament (the filament may be invisible). The sensor is not afraid of mechanical wear. The presence of EINSY RAMBo and Trinamic - a new motherboard and drivers in the device, contributes not only to the low noise of the printer, but also to stability during operation. Both missed steps and layer shifts during printing are easily detected. The printer has two new thermistors on board. The first depends on monitoring and, if necessary, preventing the MINTEMP error in rooms with a temperature of 15 °C or lower. The second is built-in to compensate for temperature drift in the PINDA 2 sensor.
