The PioCreat G5 Ultra 3D printer is a desktop 3D printer that prints thermoplastic granular plastics. The G5Ultra Pellet 3D printer uses cost-effective thermoplastic pellets as raw materials, ensuring high production speed. Key features of the printer are a nozzle with a heating temperature of up to 420 ℃, fast heating of the workbench up to 120 ℃ and a screw extruder design that allows the use of a wider range of materials. A new generation extruder with segmented heating zones can use pellets with a diameter of 2–5 mm. Particles are fed into the extruder from a 3-liter hopper, which ensures an uninterrupted supply of raw materials for high printing speeds. With extruder temperatures up to 420℃, the G5Ultra Pellet 3D Printer is great for working with a wide range of thermoplastics and composite materials. This flexibility allows you to experiment with a variety of granules, including PA-CF, PA-GF, PC-CF, PLA, rPLA, PETG-GF, ABS, PS, GPPS, PP-GF and others, allowing you to create functional prototypes, artwork or educational models with desired material properties. G5Ultra print speed reaches 220 mm/s. In terms of material feed rates, the G5 Ultra has a throughput of up to 0.8 kg per hour, allowing for high production speeds.
