The PioCreat G12 3D printer is a large-format industrial 3D printer that uses FGF technology - melting granular plastic. Thanks to a high-temperature extruder, a completely enclosed working area and a large build area, the printer allows you to print objects with a side length of up to 120 cm. It is ideal for both production and the production of complex functional prototypes. Model G12 is a large-sized device with a closed housing. Unlike FDM printers, the consumables used are granular plastic. FGF technology ensures uniform supply of molten mass, printing speed up to 100 mm/min and high accuracy. The closed chamber with thermoregulation contains a working area with dimensions of 1200×1000×1000 mm. Thanks to its size, in one cycle it is possible to print either one large object with a side length of up to 1 m 20 cm, or many smaller ones. A huge advantage of the FGF technology used in the G12 model is the quick change of consumables. Several types of thermoplastics can be easily combined in one project, creating complex functional prototypes and even complete mechanisms. The PioCreat G12 3D printer is equipped with a unique extruder with a maximum temperature of 450 degrees Celsius. The nozzles are replaceable and can have a diameter from 0.6 to 3 mm. The thickness of the model layer, depending on the settings, can range from 0.2 to 1.5 mm. The maximum temperature of the heated platform is 150 degrees. Thanks to this, G12 is able to effectively work with a wide range of consumables: PLA, PETG, ABS, PC, PA, HDPE, TPU, EVA, PC+ABS, PA+Fiber, WPC, MQP-S+PA12, EVA based foam board. You can transfer data for printing from a PC via a USB port, or offline from an SD memory card. To prepare files for printing, the popular Creality Print slicer is used in versions for Windows, Mac OS and Linux, capable of working with .stl, .obj, .amf and .3dmf formats.
