The Picaso Designer XL 3D printer is a new product in the line of equipment from Picaso. It differs from previous models in its impressive construction area - 360x360x610 mm. The device is suitable for implementing large-scale projects in research centers and production. The printer has all the advantages of this line from Picaso: closed housing, simple controls, automatic calibration, built-in control systems. A durable aluminum housing helps maintain optimal temperature in the chamber and also protects the device from mechanical damage. Picaso Designer XL supports high-temperature printing capabilities. Heating the extruder to 410⁰C allows you to work with basic and engineering plastics. For high-quality printing with different types of material, it is necessary to use plastics recommended by the manufacturer. The built-in plastic drying mode allows you to obtain a high-quality product without delamination. The device is equipped with an intelligent control system that monitors printer operating parameters and issues alerts when critical situations occur. Like previous Picaso printers, the Designer XL has built-in networking capabilities. Thanks to this, you can organize serial production using several devices. You can manage printers connected to a shared network from one PC. A printer with an enlarged build area and a closed chamber allows you to obtain incredibly high-quality products using layer-by-layer filament deposition technology. Reinforced frame design, automatic calibration and control systems make work fast and accurate.
