The Picaso Designer X 3D printer is suitable for realizing any ideas of ordinary users, as well as 3D printing professionals. The device combines the reliability of the older Picaso Designer model, as well as the quality and stability of the new X platform. The new model is distinguished by high accuracy and speed of operation - productivity up to 100 cm³/hour allows you to quickly reproduce any model. The system is equipped with an intelligent control system Flow Control, which monitors the print status. The system takes approximately 3 measurements per second, which allows you to instantly stop printing and start the problem-solving procedure. Now problems with a clogged nozzle, tangled plastic or uneven filament thickness will not interfere with high-quality printing. Printer manufacturers have managed to achieve amazing print quality. Precise mechanics and the X hardware platform allow for a printed layer thickness of only 10 microns. The printer allows you to print different types of materials. A closed chamber and a wide range of printing temperatures make working with basic and engineering plastics as comfortable and simple as possible. Print settings for each filament type can be set automatically when printing starts or through Polygon X software. Before starting work in Polygon X, the user creates a separate material profile, where he notes all the settings necessary for printing. The profile is saved in the manager, and before printing directly, you only need to build the geometry and select the material; the printer will make all other settings independently based on the saved profile. When switching to a new material, the user does not have to change numerous printer settings himself; simply select the desired material profile in the manager. Designer X supports networking through the Polygon Network system. All you need to do is select the connected printer you want and send it a job to start printing. The system displays information on all connected printers and their jobs. In this way, you can organize and control the operation of several printers or a production cell. The printer has a durable aluminum outer casing and a steel guide system. The construction area of ​​200x200x210 mm allows you to solve problems in business, science, industry and design. This amazingly accurate and productive printer is a real boon for 3D printing enthusiasts.
