3D printer MAESTRO GRAND II
The Maestro Grand II 3D printer is a new, even more advanced version of the professional GRAND model. Two independent extruders, a large build area, automatic alignment, redundant power systems and exceptional reliability make this 3D printer an excellent choice for manufacturing, laboratory testing and educational institutions. The 3D printer has an all-metal body and a steel frame. This adds reliability and ensures the necessary stability of the system when printing. GRAND II print heads are completely independent. They are calibrated both relative to the print platform and relative to each other, which significantly improves printing accuracy. The maximum temperature of up to 410 degrees allows the use of a wide range of materials: standard and engineering. Depending on the application, you can use one extruder or both to create complex geometric shapes, print in different colors, and use soluble materials to create supports. The print heads move along high-precision rail guides. The dimensions of the construction area of 400×400×640 mm allow solving the most large-scale problems without resorting to gluing a product from several elements. The printing platform heats up to 150 degrees. The Maestro Grand II 3D printer uses a range of Trinamic technologies to control stepper motors: microPlayer, stallGuard2, dcStep and coolStep. Thanks to this, it was possible to reduce noise and resonances during printing, it became possible to effectively test kinematics, compensate for missed steps and reduce overall energy consumption. Being a professional level device, GRAND II is equipped with many systems that increase its performance. Several filament sensors allow you to monitor the presence of plastic filament, adjust the feed speed, and pause printing if the filament runs out, the nozzle is clogged, or for other reasons. The printer has a redundant power supply system. It allows you to avoid printing errors if the network suddenly loses power. If necessary, the printer will be “parked” until it is possible to resume operation from a “cold” state. You can control the printer using a 3.5-inch diagonal IPS color display with a comfortable user interface. A larger display can be installed as an option if desired. USB and Wi-Fi and 16 GB internal storage are available for data transfer; in offline mode, the printer can accept files from USB drives, SD and Micro-SD memory cards. A 2 MP camera is installed in the printing area, and using a mobile application for Android and iOS, you can remotely control the printing process. GRAND II also includes the ability to control and monitor via the Internet.
